Information you choose to send
The main website does not require an account. If you contact support, we receive the email address, message, and any technical details or attachments you choose to include. The contact form prepares a message in your email application; it does not upload the form contents to a Simply AppHub form database.
Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, private recovery keys, or files unrelated to the support request.
Website delivery data
The site is delivered through infrastructure and security providers, including Cloudflare. Like most web hosting, those systems may process technical request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, time, and security signals to deliver pages, prevent abuse, and diagnose availability. Their handling is also governed by their own policies.
How support information is used
We do not sell the personal information contained in support messages. We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the support, security, recordkeeping, or legal purpose for which it was received.
- Respond to the question or troubleshoot the reported issue.
- Protect the service and investigate abuse or reliability problems.
- Improve instructions when a report reveals a recurring point of confusion.
- Meet a legal obligation when one applies.
Advertising, external links, and your choices
The website may use advertising services. When active, those services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies and consent requirements. The site also links to product stores, product subdomains, and other third-party services; visiting those destinations is governed by the destination’s policy.
You may ask about or request deletion of personal information you submitted directly to support by emailing [email protected]. We may need enough information to identify the relevant correspondence and may retain records required for security or legal reasons.
